Garmin Coach training plan competed, but still showing as active

I have completed the 10k Garmin Coach training plan, but when I try and start a new plan it says "something went wrong".

If I try this online in Garmin Connect, it says "You have an active Garmin Coach plan. You'll need to quit your current plan before setting up a new one."

If I choose the Quit plan option I am taken to my completed training plan and there is no quit option as it is complete.
