Same problem, any help6from Garmin

    Same Problem here (BQ Aquaris X Pro). Bought a Forerunner 945 yesterday and can't use it yet. Very disappointed! If it won't work the next days, i'll switch to an other brand...sad, but true

    1. Tengo un Nokia 7 plus y un Garmin Forerunner 945 comprado ayer y la aplicación no se ejecuta. No hay manera. Me sale java exeption 401.... vaya castaña para lo que cuesta el reloj.

    The Problem is that new accs cant login. Have the same Problem, cant login on App or on HP, whit an older Acc from a Friend i have no Problems. The correct errormsg was java.lang.exception:401, the same are at crate a new Acc. On the HP we have a other error but its the Same Problem, the Acc.
