java.lang.exception: 401 error

I'm getting a java.lang.exception: 401 error when trying to log in on mobile. The Web login doesn't work either, just get redirected to an error page.

Anyone experience the same issue?

    I have the same Problem. But i tryt a litle bit and it think the Problem ist the new Acc for Garminconnect. I cant login whit the my new acc, it brings the 401 Erro on the app, the same error was at i register the acc via the app. On the HP it is the same. Then i tryt an older acc from a friend an there are no Problems, i can login an all runs fine.

    Hope that Garmin will reakte soon and fix the new Accounts as soon as posible

    Very annoying...I am experiencing the same thing here in Sweden. I really think Garmin support should reply on the request to resolve this issue asap!

    1. Me ocurre el mismo problema. El mismo error en el móvil Huawei P9 Lite. Tampoco puedo logearme en la web, ni con un iPad 2018. Tengo un reloj nuevo desde la semana pasada y no puedo usarlo. Lamentable el soporte de GARMIN.

    Hey guys i just called the service.

    She solved the problem.

    When I registered my name was written like this -> oelschlägel 

    The system can't work with the " ä ".

    If u register try to write it like this -> oelschlaegel.

    Sorry for my english.

    Thanks so much! I also have a special character in my name: é. So I created another account with another email. Too bad for Garmin who's going to have a duplicate.. but who cares? ^^ it works!
