java.lang.exception: 401 error

I'm getting a java.lang.exception: 401 error when trying to log in on mobile. The Web login doesn't work either, just get redirected to an error page.

Anyone experience the same issue?

Hey guys i just called the service.

She solved the problem.

When I registered my name was written like this -> oelschlägel

The system can't work with the " ä ".

Same problem here. Have been looking to buy a new watch for a while. Just got it yesterday but it's an expensive piece of plastic as i can't do anything with it as long as i can't login to the app to set…

It is incredible that Garmin's technical service has not yet responded to users. Today I will receive a new Garmin watch and I probably won't be able to use it until they want to fix a problem that has been going on for several days. I am seriously considering changing it to another brand with better technical service.
