After the latest update my watch faces keep disappearing. Is this a known bug with the Vivoactive 3?

After the last update a week or so ago I keep losing my watch faces and I end up with this screen

I have the same problem! So frustrating !! I've tried everything and I'm ready to send it back and get my money back!
