I am getting "an error occurred with your upload. Please try again" message when I try to import .fit files from my Shanren Beat20 heart rate monitor into Garmin Connect. Is this a known problem? Shanren support has no solution. Is there a way for me to attach one of the .fit files to this post so someone can check it out?

check if you can repair your file with help of FitFileRepairTool
or
with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool
zip the fit file and upload here in the forum, or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

is this the first file you uploaded?
when this error persists you have to contact Shanren Support
Garmin Connect seems to have some timely bug
could you try and upload an older fit file that previous worked and check for this error ?

just import and then export
the FFRT breaks down your fit file and builds it up from scratch
