How can I get Garmin Connect mobile app for a Samsung smartphone...Help!!

How can I get Garmin Connect mobile app for a Samsung smartphone when the app states "this item is not available in your country". I'm in Guernsey. Tried via my Microsoft account and it says "you have this app". Help!!
