Smart notifications stopped

I have Vivoactive HR & after software update in Connect app, now it is showing a message that smart notifications stopped unexpectedly & in order to resume reboit phone. After rebooting it several times, pairing, unpairing it again & again, re-installing the app again & again, situation is still same & I am not able to receive smart notifications on my device.

Kindly solve this issue ASAP.
