Same here and I tried already a lot. New app instalation. Disconnect the watch deleted all data from phone. Nothing works so far
I'm having this same problem with my Vivosport. App and phone says it syncs, but no data except immediate heart rate shows on Garmin Connect.
I ended up resolving this by restarting, NOT resetting, the Vivosport. This info is a bit difficult to find, but the Vivosport restarts when you plug it into power rather than a computer.
