USB sign not appearing on vivosmart 4

Hi I was trying to update my vivosmart4 from the Garmin express site. However when I connect my device to my laptop, the usb sign doesn't appear despite pressing the screen for a while. What appears is the battery meter and the charging sign. What do I need to do?

Did you install the Garmin Express application, or did you really try updating from the website as you wrote?

I did install the Garmin Express application and tried it from the application. There is coming just the battery meter and the charging sign while pressing the screen for a while.

And what does Garmin Express tell? Can you post a screenshot?

That it, what Garmin Express was showing, when i tried to add and connect my Vivosmart 4.

BUT: while i was making the screenshots, suddenly Express found it and added it. I don't know, why it actually worked, i even didn't touch the screen, but ok. Now it is connected.
