How do you know you've done 60? Intensity minutes do not start counting unless your heart rate exceeds certain level.

Anyway, there is no way do amend it manually.

Have similar issues, send like heart rate zones have something to do with that, try resetting them or adjusting and sync after save

Running with the dog and a high intensity gym class would be how I know
