fenix 3hr safir, problem with the pulse.

The green light is on. Watch and app on the phone has kontakt. I can't see pulse in the app. Only a dot, bit of line. Ican se numbers rest/max pulse.
On the watch blinking heart, no line. Tryed adjust band pressure, uppdate, the other arm.What too do?
