Web Connect will overwrite anything in Mobile. Mobile will have priority over what is on a watch. When you sync, settings will be changed accordingly.
I suggest you check your profile settings and device settings on the web, then check your Mobile app, then the device. I'm sure you'll find the reason and solution there.
