Use internet traffic

I have been using the Garmin app for 3 days and it has used 10 GB !!!! of my internet traffic is this normal?

That sounds like a lot. Are you sure it is Garmin Connect that has used that much?

I just checked my Connect app and it has been using 155 MB in the past 30 days.
