Notification on my Huawei mate 10 pro don't work

Hi all,

I just got the vivoactive 3, and paired it with my huawei mate 10 pro. Everytime I close the Connect app it disconects the divice. Even if it's open, I receive no notifications at all. Please help. It's 2019
