Steps will not synch from Forerunner 45

The last time steps would synch was a week ago. Runs will synch.

I have tried using Bluetooth to my phone and usb to Garmin Express on the laptop

My husband's garmin is synching with Bluetooth and with usb

Just noticed my typo. It is a Forerunner 25

I'm having the same issue with my forerunner 235. Hoping Garmin can give us some answers
