My cycle ride from 7/9/19 downloaded from my Garmin 810 to Garmin Connect but won't sync with Strava?

I have tried removing Garmin Connect linked to my Strava account and reloading it again. Also loaded a new activity and this synced OK but still not the cycle ride from yesterday. Any others ideas, other than enter the ride manually? thanks
