My watch won't stay synced to my phone have paired it when I open my app it comes up forerunner connected but only stays connected for about 30 mins

Help... My watch won't stay connected to my new phone have paired it... Will only stay connected for roughly half an hour then disconnects.... Go on to my app to pair again and it comes up forerunner connected then will stay for about half an hour and disconnects again so frustrating
