Can't sync Workouts from GC to fenix 3

I can't synchronize trainings / My Workouts from the GC (android phone) to my fenix 3 via Bluetooth.

I can do it using the USB from the PC / laptop.

All the Softwares are up to date.

I can schedule the workouts on the calendar.

What should I do. Help please.
