Vivoactive not recording

My Vivoactive 3 has not recorded several bits of data in the last 24 hours... Its missed several hours of sleep, a whole day of steps and floors! Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks

My vivoactive 4 is having the same problem today.
