Vivosmart 3 data showing for wrong time/date

For the last few days, the app has shown all the data from my Vivosmart 3, but with an incorrect date (and maybe time?) against it.  It's currently 9am on the 28/8 (UK time).  When I look at the heart rate graph on the mobile app (having allowed the watch to fully sync) I can see a full day's heart rate data for the 28th, and no option to scroll forward to the 29th.  An activity that I recorded on the 26th is being shown in the heart rate graph on the 27th.

I don't know exactly when this issue started, but it roughly coincides with a recent trip when I crossed into a different timezone for a few days.  I don't know if this is related or not.

How do I get my watch/app to show the correct data against the correct day?
