Live Heart Rate not showing in App

The Garmin Connect Mobile Android app has updated to 4.22 and the live heart rate is not showing up all I get is "- -". It shows the resting and high heart rate.

If I click on the heart rate it is recording it on the graph.

Anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix it?

All right, I've made it working by removing my Fenix from Garmin Connect Mobile and adding again.

If you have more than one Garmin device, only the one set as the Preferred Activity Tracker will display the live heart rate in the app. I have three watches and I need to change the Preferred setting…

Hey, I've got the same problem. It stopped drawing chart of heart rate in Garmin connect even if I see last 4h on my Fenix. How did you make it working?

All right, I've made it working by removing my Fenix from Garmin Connect Mobile and adding again.

I have the same problem, but after removing and adding still only the resting and high heart rate :-(

Any advice ?

Hi I have the same issue this morning. Any suggestions? Just - - for live bpm but high and low still registered.

Is your watch connected to the phone over the Bluetooth? Is it syncing? If not, look up the forum for tips on syncing problems.

For example in this thread there is a long list of sync troubleshooting tips for diverse phone dypes and various situations.

Does anyone (Garmin?) know why this is?

Surely they know which device I am wearing considering the other is not moving, does not have a valid heart rate, etc.

I’ve had the same problem all week. I’ve been through the whole troubleshooting list a couple of times a day. Finally it has reset and I see hr. Heart rate data was collected. The sleep data was not collected over the week although all other data was collected and is now behaving
