I just did a Pace Repeats with coach Jeff. I had
- 5 min warmup
- 4x running with high cadence (Cadence Drill) 30 seconds each + 30 seconds recovery
- 4x acceleration-glider drill
- run the magic mile
- 800 meters recovery
- 6x 800m intervals + 3 minutes recovery
My question is: what are those measurements that I indicated with a red box? Are they there because I had to press the lap button before some of these steps?
