Connect overstating intensity minutes

In the last two weeks or so Connect has started showing extraordinarily high intensity minutes incorrectly - and synchronising this to my Vivoactive 3... Connect is showing 176 this week, despite only having achieved 47...

I am having exactly the same problem - just in the last week my IM have gone crazy. Today i did a 120 minute recovery ride - heart rate @ 60% of max - and i got 20 Intensity minutes.
