PAIRING TO PHONE

Have a new phone.  Tried pairing my Vivosmart HR to it and it keeps asking me for a PIN number.  Neither 0000 nor 1234 works.  How do I reset the PIN?

    I remember the pairing process as follows:

    1. Set your Vivosmart to phone connection mode ON.
    2. Set your phone to pairing mode (WLAN/Mobile data ON and Bluetooth ON).
    3. If the phone has found the Vivosmart, it sends a PIN to the Vivosmart and the Vivosmart displays this PIN onto its screen.
    4. Type in this PIN into your phone. This makes sure that you pair the right device to your phone.
