No sleep data

Since a sensor update on my vivoactive 3 two days ago, it's not monitored my sleep. Had no problems before. Watch is being worn as before and everything is still switched on my phone and the app.

    have a look on your watch if there is data(FIT files) for those missing days

    look in folder SLEEP

    when yes upload those fit files manually via Garmin Connect Web

    best practice after any update

    restart your watch

    or do a simple restart by : press and hold the light button until your screen goes blank

  • I'm having the same issue. I don't want to keep manually entering sleep data. I don't know where fit files are to know if the watch recorded anything. Its not just sleep. Stairs also. Watch shows the number of flights but app has zero? I've tried syncing from both app and watch. I tried restarting watch. I tried updating GPS.
