Music providers not syncing

So.. I can't be the only one with this problem for the past week, can I?

Has Garmin made a statement? I have always used Spotify on my 645 but now I even opened an account on deezer to wait until they fix it but it also doesn't sync.

Anybody has solved it yet? How come they let such a huge problem for this long?

Well, now it's basically Spotify. Deezer started working after I signed up through their app. Signing up inside connect mobile that was the problem

Ya! I have also this problem but with another app. I recently visited Isaimini TamilGun 2019 App where there is problem occuring and not working it properly.

hi, just purchased a vivoactive 4 and having similar issues, i cant get any of the music providers to sync. Did you ever resolve your issue? If so what was the fix? Thanks

Jeez, sorry to hear about it! I actyally don't remember which was the solution ️

But I have a resemblance it's got to do with garmin updating their app/firmware..
