Vivoactive 3 not vibrating

Hi There, my vivoactive 3 has stopped vibrating on text message and ringing alerts. I have done an update as advised by the support centre and must of tried every single option but I just cannot sort it out :( thank you in advance

Are you on a Pixel by chance? There are a bunch with the same issue. Uninstall the latest Phone app (it will go back to the original version). That worked for a bunch of us. This has been going on for at least a month with no response from Garmin or Google. Terrible support.

If not a Pixel try that anyway, worth a shot.
