I do not have the option to track oximeter while I sleep in vivomart4

Hello, I buy this watch exclusively for the option of tracking my oxygen in blood while I sleep (since I have apnea) and that option does not appear in the app.

Does anyone know how it is solved?

I also have the same issue with the 4 that I just bought. Spent and hour on chat pulling info together from the watch via my computer to send a file of data. But didn't get a response on fixing the problem

I had the same issue. This is what I did: 1) disconnect vivosmart 4 from Garmin connect. 2) uninstall Garmin connect app. 3) reinstall Garmin connect app. 4) reconnect vivosmart 4 to Garmin connect. After that I had pulse ox tracking.

I have the same issue. Garmin connect doesn't have the sleep ox option in activity tracking.
