Resume Call notifications for every change in phone status during call

When I am on a call I get a Resume Call notifications to the watch each time the screen comes on or goes off, such as when taking the phone away from my ear. This started with the 4.19 Garmin Connect software update.

VivoActive HR watch with SW version 5.10

Garmin Connect version 4.19.1

Galaxy Note 4 with Android 6.0.1
