Fit File not uploading

Can anyone help with my FIT file? It is not saying it is corrupt but it will not upload as an activity.

did you try and upload the fit file direct to Garmin Connect

not working

zip the fit file and upload it here in the forum ar provide a link to it on a storage in the cloud

so we can have a look at the fit file to see what is wrong with it

Actually - was able to load it to dropbox.

I did try to upload directly to Garmin Connect and it said file type was not compatible.

phew, real corrupt

fit file was partially repaired with help of FitFileRepairTool

please, tell us more about the workout, compared to the recovered data

is this the first defective fit file ?

check your watch if it has enough free space

perhaps time for a reset to default ?

Wow, thank you!

The recovered data looks pretty close to what it should. Some of the segments look a little off on time, but close overall. Way better than not having it at all!

This is the first time this has happened. I've only had this Garmin for about a year - hard to imagine it would be low on free space.

I might try the reset just to be safe though.
