Training effect and wotkout calories completely off

I just finished an intensive 60min crossfit endurance workout.

However, according to Garmin Connect I only burned 172 cal and had a trainibg effect  of 1.

I find that hard to believe with an average heart rate of 132.

Any ideas what this could be due to?
