Connect Not Showing All the Data

Recently my Garmin Connect App seems to have stopped showing some of its data, such as sleep. It's showing on the web but not on the app. I have not changed anything it just seems to have stopped. Even re-syncing doesn't seem to change anything.

My watch seems to be polling the data but the app is not presenting it.

I am using Android and Version 4.19.1 of Garmin Connect

Anyone else experiencing this and any ideas how to sort?

Scroll down to the bottom of My Day and press the "Edit My Day" link. Then the sleep is a page you should be able to show from settings, I believe. Somehow, they became hidden - maybe from an errant finger.

Hi,

Have you managed to fix this. Have the same issue. Only see current day stats but no history.

8687651, did you try pshare's answer? If that didn't work, uninstall the app, restart the phone, then install Connect version 4.35.1.

I did. but my problem is it hasnt' shown sleep, steps, stress, etc for over a month. it will show it as the day is progressing but then won't save. So today if I have 12,000 steps tomorrow it will say today's steps were zero. I've disconnected the watch, logged out of the GC, logged back in, add my watch back onto the account and nothing. I even did a general reset of my watch and it still isn't helping. very frustrated! I also checked and I have Garmin Connect version 4.35 as well.

OK, but did you uninstall, then install it again? This seems to have fixed some similar issues for other people. Also, what do you see in Garmin Connect Web?

I have the same issue and it's very annoying. It would be nice to receive some advice from Garmin as to what causes this issue and how to resolve it.

Is it possible that you have 2 Connect accounts and you're syncing to the wrong one?
