Vivoactive 3 not syncing to Garmin Connect Mobile app

Hi there,

I bought a Garmin Vivoactive 3 last week and since the first day it doesn't sync to Garmin Connect app. 

-Issue description: My vivoactive 3 is pairing correctly with my smartphone, it shows all notifications and in the app it appears as syncronized. When I open the app the screen that is shown is the one that I attach here. It doesn't show "my day" screen, and I can't see the activities I did, it says "No data from last week" when I want to see my runs. 

-Things I have tryed: I have unpaired the watch and paired it again. I uninstalled the app and installed it again. I have tryed to pair it to another smartphone (I have tryed it in a Oneplus 5t (android 9) and in a Samsung Galaxy S8 (android 9)), and sync to Garmin Mobile but I got the same result. I cleaned cache of bluetooth. I restarted the watch.
