Forerunner 235 / Connect App: some activities have not been synchronized

I use the Forerunner 235 in combination with the Connect mobile app (Android) for about 2 years. It used to work properly.

But yesterday only 1 of 4 activities (cycling) was synchronized from Forerunner to the Connect app. Although I can see all 4 activities in the Forerunner protocol, 3 of them don't appear in the Connect app. Today I made some "dummy" activity and it was synchronized again.

So - how can I re-synchronize the missing activities with GPS data and everything? (not only the basic information which I could add manually).

I tried everything - from re-starting the watch, re-starting the phone, ssynchronizing multiple time - but the activies still miss in the Connect app.

What was wrong with the synchronization? How can I fix it?

    sync from a computer with Garmin Express

    when not working

    check if the missing fit files are in the activitiy folder on your watch

    zip the fit files and upload here in the forum so we can have a look at them

    your Garmin Connect Mobile only shows what is on Garmin Connect Web

    activities do not show in Garmin Connect Mobile than they are not uploaded to Garmin Connect Web
