My day not showing on connect app at all

I bought my vivoactive 3 yesterday, and my day is simply not showing in the app. I have rebooted, uninstalled etc, but all I can see is the attached picture.

This id exactly what I am experiencing. Have you found a solution?

I found the solution. I had ne of the setttings in Garmin Express application on WIndows switch off. This setting is in the tools section of the app, and then privacy.
