Badges and points not awarded

Hello

I completed a 10km run in a single activity and after ending I received the message in my Fenix 5x saying I won the badge. Also in Garmin connect Web I received the notification saying I have completed the 10km badge. The problem is that it is still in available badges and not in the awarded. Also I didn't got the points. This has happened more times with other badges.

Same issue encountered for the recent Global Running Day badge (yesterday) and Dragon Boat Festival (today), just 1 day apart. These are on 6-June and 7-June. Both times I had the notification that I have earned a new badge but do not see this on my profile. I have a suspicion that this was caused by multiple activities within the same day for some odd reason.

Edit: forgot to mention that a manual activity was created and received the GRD badge, but I don't think I can do the same for dragon boat as it's got a calorie counter requirement.

For Dragon Boat Festival there are two more badges beside the 300 calorie counter one. One of the other is just to do anything but rowing which should be very easy to get. I didn't get any of them today.
How do you know about those badges? Do you see them at Garmin Connect or did you check the properties file? My guess is that if you don't see them you can't get them. There is some other requirement to be able to see/get them.
