Does any one having issues with sync with your Garmin 245M?
Suposedly it's paired but not connected?
Tried everyrhing:
1.turn off and on the device (Garmin and phone)
2.Reinstall APP
3.remove and add Garmin to the App
4.reset the device

Which device are you using? Garmin Connect needs to be active in the background, a lot smartphone manufacturer limit background activities.
I have had this with my VA3 since midday on 1st June. It is connected and shows live data and all the data from 'My Day'.
If I look at the 'Device Sync Audit' (under settings) it shows an error,
Upload status=FAILED (unable to download directory from the remote device: Data Transfer Timed Out)
Download Status=NOT_STARTED
Overall Sync Status=FAILED
From looking at the above, I wonder if it is a problem with Garmin's servers
Just read that this appears to be an issue with the version 4.19.1 that was released on 31 May. Guess w need to wait for an update
