I would like to see Garmin and the Garmin Connect app as a beacon for everyone looking for a healthier lifestyle and to 'beat tomorrow' in every area of health. Garmin is a leader in this for cardio activities for sure and they do have a foot in the door with weightlifting via the strength activity on the device but it would be great if just a little more effort was put into the weightlifting aspect of the app and device activitiy so that it would do things like tell you what weight you lifted for an exercise in the program last time you did it etc. Little things like this would go a long way to making it really shine for everything fitness.
