Hello! What shall I do?
My Vivofit 4. (5A7277996) suddenly stopped syncing four days ago. I have done what I possible can imagine (stopped bluetooth, re-installed the app etc etc). When trying to sync manually, yes the green dot and the green circle show that sync was done. However, when "syncing", only the steps on my day page will be up-dated. But the steps will never reach the "timeline". Nor will any sleep details or other data be recorded. "No data available". And steps on "my day" will be lost when the day is over.
What does the code 1802 mean (on the device screen) when trying to sync?
