I have had the vivoactive 3 and connect app for a week now. But no data is transferred. App says its synchronized but now data is recorded in the app. Having the same problem with cannot contact IQ store as well now.
I am beginning to seriously think it was a complete waste of money . Fitbit don't seem to have these issues
