Vivoactive HR no activities anywhere

Hello,

So I just got my Vivoactive HR back from customer service in France : looks brand new, so I guess they just replaced it. But I still have the same crazy issue that is driving me mental at this point : NO MATTER WHAT I do (and trust me, I've tried EVERYTHING), no activities whatsoever will sync to the android app, or the Windows Express app or the web app. Nothing. It says that it syncs just fine, but nothing appears.

What I did :

• reset the watch to factory via menu
• hard reset of the watch to factory via both buttons pressed etc
• removed the watch association countless of times from my account
• removed the watch and added it back to Garmin Connect on Android
• removed the watch and added it back to Garmin Express on Windows
• removed the watch and added it back to Garmin Connect on the web
• updated to last firmware 5.10.0.0 (see image attachment)
• fiddled with bluetooth, remove pairing, adding it back, renaming device, etc.
• removed all activites, created new ones and tried pairing them
• etc.

NOTHING.WILL.SHOW.UP.ANYWHERE.  What the *** Garmin ? The watch works just fine, all sensors, activites recording, it just friggin works AND says it syncs, never shows any error message and yet I get NOTHING anywhere ?! Again, to rehiterate : this is on a brand new watch fresh from customer service / repair ! But even before explaining my problem to customer service and sending it back for repair it was in perfect condition, just the exact same syncing issue no matter what I did.

So, what I suspect is : there's a problem on Garmin's end with the syncing and pairing because as you'll see on the screenshot, it says the last sync is from august 14th (?!!), which corresponds to the last time it DID work correctly for me, 2 years ago ! Between then and now, I've landed it to a friend who used it for this 2 years time period without any issues. How is that even possible ?

I was planning on buying a new 245 music, but considering how "lucky" I am at the moment it might very well happen again on this brand new watch. And I'll be way too pissed to have to deal with all of that *** again.
