watch showing training status, but garmin connect app on android is not.

My watch shows training status, however my android app garmin connect stop showing data since the end of march. Training effect shows my workouts. Does anybody know why the app wouldn't show the training status, but the watch (fenix 5 plus) will show it.

For me training status doesn't display in the app since mid March, but it is still there on the watch (Forerunner 935). Mid March I fell and broke the Forerunner, then used an Epix for a few weeks (doesn't have training status). I expected the training status to get updated after the FR935 was replaced, but the app (or Connect web) has not picked it up again.
