Incorrect time of calendar events created by Office 365 integration

When the app is integrated with Office 365, calendar events of activities are 3 hours ahead of the actual activity time - the mobile app displays 12:51 and the calendar event (created by the app/server) start time is 15:51. I have researched all settings for a timezone or anything else and found only one in the website and it was correct. For me, this is either:
  • Me missing a setting somewhere, in which case I would be very happy to be pointed towards it.
  • Bug in your system, in which case I would be very happy to assist in any way I can.

The Garmin USA and the Garmin UK support rep tried to explain that this is Microsoft's fault, but I am not convinced and I am pretty disappointed by the position of the support staff which was literally (and I quote):

[08:17:53 AM] Nicky: Unfortunately all we do is send the data.
[08:18:03 AM] Nicky: It is up to them what they do with it.


I am a programmer and I know that this is not how APIs work.

Can anyone help?
