Audio Prompts with Fenix 5 Plus not working to frequency set

I haven't been able to use audio prompts for some time now in the way it once worked. Currently on Connect version 4.18 and Fenix 5 Plus software 7.10. Settings are as follows:

Device > Fenix 5 Plus > Activity Prompts > On:

Pace or Speed Alerts: Lap Pace or Speed, 3mins
Heart Rate Alerts: Heart Rate, 4 mins
Language: English (British)

The problem I am experiencing is the alerts are only given when I get to an auto lap currently set to every 1 mile. Is anyone experiencing this and it totally ignoring the frequency values set?

This is a major bug for me when trying to heart rate train.

Actually latest version updated , May be your problem can fixed* .

check “text to speech” on phone settings , change to google service and reboot the phone
