App not logging in!!

I get a 'web page not available' message when I try to sign in to the app. Happens whether I login, or try to create a new account. Anyone else having this? My Forerunner 220 wouldn't sync so I reinstalled the app. Now I can't even login! I'm using android, with an Honor phone which is up to date (EMUI 8.0.0).
