Garmin Connect Synch stopped working on Friday, March 8th 2019. I tried updating the application to the latest version today but it did not fix the issue. Bluetooth is enabled and the device says Phone connected, but when it tries to upload it drops the Bluetooth connection. It does re-establish, and when I try to manually synch it fails after the animation is about 1/2 done.
I apparently had a facepalm moment and just realized I can simply plug the Garmin into the USB port to get the FIT data off of it so I found a solution ---- but this still may be useful:
