Vivoactive HR / Android App not reading sleep data

Yes I am getting the same result. I only get the heart rate graph, sleep data etc updated when I synch via USB cable and Garmin Express. I have logged a call with Garmin today. Awaiting response.

I have the same error. Works when I sync with USB but not with Bluetooth. Uses Android (Samsung Galaxy s8).

Any news???

Same problem here. I don't get sleep data and the heart rate graph is full of gaps. I also opened a ticket with Gramin support.

Nothing strange to see in device sync audit.
It's since the latest update of the app on my phone on 14 march 2019.
Will try with Gramin Express. -> Garmin Express works but unfortunately doesn't sync the 2 weeks of missing data.

Same problem with apple app it's not showing heart rate or sleep data

Mine started with not recoding sleep today and now steps are not uploading to the garmin records but they show up on my phone in the app. I was able to use Garmin Express to upload daily data. Activities record and upload as normal. Seems like the issue is in the app. I'm on a S9+

Does Garmin have a fix for this it's still not working????

I am having the same issue. No sync of sleep, heart rate, steps only partially. Garmin Express with usb works, the Garmin Connect Android app does not. Steps are ok in the main screen, not when looking up details.

I also have this issue. Syncs with USB. It will provide Intensity minutes and heart rate logged in the activity via blutooth sync, but not on the dedicated all day or last 4 hour heart rate graph. Without the heart rate, it will not log sleep until USB sync.
