DmSv not sure what you mean - under sounds and alerts you set Phone Notifications> Do not Disturb during sleep. This will then turn off any notifications (apart from alarms that you set) during your Normal Bed Time through to Normal Wake Time

My phone is fully silent in "Do not disturb" mode, but I got vibro notifications on my watch. I need also switch on "Do not disturb" on my watch before sleep, but it's very uncomfortable. I constantly forget to do it.
