Hello everybody,
I got the problem with training effect and training status.
I am using Garmin Fenix 5 and android mobile app on LG G5.
Let's say that mostly every day I have 3 or 4 different activities logged into Garmin Connect.
1. Walk
2. Stair stepper
3. Heavy lifting or Crossfit (high intensity)(most od the time I got anaerobic score around 3-4 and aerobic 3-5)
4. Stretching, sauna, yoga
The app should show the highest anaerobic and aerobic score from all activities for each day but registering correctly only scores from first activity even if the most intense is third one.
The app is not calculating and showing training status. I can see only training load and VOmax but training status is as (No status).
Can anyone please explain to me why this is happening amd how to prevent it in other way than doing hardest activity first and light activity at the end of the day to see correctly logged anaerobic and aerobic score?
Can anyone please advise what to do with training status as (No status) despite training load is between 850-1300.
